DAY THREE!! THE SOUTBEACH DIET IS MUCH EASIER THAN I HAD EXPECTED!!

So I am on day number three and feel wonderful.  I am full of energy, feeling proud of my success this far ( although just a few pounds) its a step in the right direction!!
Working out has become much easier as well….because of this new found energy!
My dinner tonight was salad with sprouts, lettuce, cheese and chicken.  Tomato juice and water.  Snack was hard boiled egg with tomato.
