Carrots, garlic,cellary,bell pepper,…go ahead, be creative!
Stir fry any Vegetables that you want in 1 tablespoon coconut oil until slightly tender (you could use sesame oil instead). Add Teriyaki Sauce and remove from heat. Soften Rice Sticks according to package directions fold into vegetables. This recipe is so quick and easy and very low in calories.
1 block of. Firm Tofu, Cut into cubes (I like Trader Joe’s)
1 package of Trader Joe’s frozen eggplant and zucchini blend
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Heat Wok,into Wok place 2 tablespoons of sesame oil,
add Tofu and defrosted Eggplant,
Saute for 3or 4 minutes
add 3 garlic cloves and continue to stir,
add salt and pepper
Serve over white rice
