1 Can Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas)
1 Can Beets (cut into slices)
1/4 Cup thinly sliced onion
Combine all of the above, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with Olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar. This salad is perfect as a side to any BBQ, or can be enjoyed alone as a very low-calorie snack!!
Wow! What a “Great Snack”. That’s what my husband said after he ate this salad. To be perfectly honest with you, I put this together because I didn’t know what else to make for a “midnight snack”, it just sounded like it would go together…and let me tell you it really does taste great!
