Turkey Burgers With Roasted Veggies
1 lb. Ground Turkey (Makes 4 Burgers)
1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1 small onion finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of Black Pepper
1/4 cup warm water
mix Turkey with all ingredients
shape into burgers and set aside****
Brush with BBQ Sauce
Wrap Corn on the Cob in foil (if you like)
Place Corn on the Cob on Grill cook for aprox 10 min
Place Burgers on Grill
Cook to 160 degrees, or until desired doneness,now add vegetables to grill and cook until tender.
The Vegitables will be the last thing you place on the grill since they take just a few minutes to cook. Turkey meat should be cooked well and must maintain 160 degrees in order to be safe to eat.
