Soy Bean Salad / adapted from Giada

1 package edamame beans (shelled and cooked) I like Trader Joes frozen package
1 can white kidney beans drained
1 tsp. fresh rosemary
1/2 cup chopped romano cheese
salt to taste (optional)
fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
olive oil
2 cloves garlic crushed
In large bowl place edamame beans, white kidney beans, drizzle with olive oil and top with rosemary and romano cheese, and garlic
mix well, I like a dash of red wine vinegar on top, just for an added zest. Enjoy!

    • So have you tried this recipe yet? What did you think? One of the reasons that I love this recipe…besides the taste…is the fact that it is so healthy; and low in calories…such a guilt free snack!! Please let me know what you think after you’ve made it!

    Also try fresh squeezed Lemon instead of Vinegar. Really good!
