Cooking to me is like an art..Spices are the variety that adds the “WOW” to any recipe..even enhance your mood! Take yourself back to some memory from your childhood, allow yourself to remember the smells of a favorite dish that was being cooked, think of how good you felt and how much love you knew…this is what food can do for us.
Many foods have been known to boost immunity, protect your heart, fight disease. I have been trying to adopt a more healthy lifestyle and know from a medical standpoint that what we put into our bodies really does make a difference.
